When you place an order we collect your name, email address, billing address, phone number if you provide it, and the details needed to process your payment. We also collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit.
We never see or store your full card number. Payment data is transmitted directly to our payment processor over an encrypted connection.
To deliver the program and manage your access, to charge your subscription renewals, to send order confirmations and renewal reminders, and to handle refunds. To prevent fraud and improve the service. To meet tax and accounting obligations. And, where you asked for them, to send marketing emails.
If you opted in, we use your email address for news and offers. Every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. Withdrawing consent does not affect the transactional emails about your orders and renewals.
Only what is necessary, and only with the providers that let us operate: our payment processor, our order management platform, our video hosting provider and our email provider. Each acts under a written agreement and may use your data only for the service it provides to us. We do not sell your personal information.
We keep order records for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Anything not covered by that obligation is deleted on request.
You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of marketing. Write to support@watchmebraids.com and we reply within 30 days.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell it. Exercising these rights will never result in worse pricing or service.
